zeroelements.com is the home of Zero Elements LLC, Dover, Delaware. It exists to describe our two product lines truthfully. Product facts on this site — ingredients, fabric weights, measurements, certifications — are kept current with what we actually ship; if a listing on Amazon and this site ever disagree, the Amazon listing governs the purchase.

Purchases happen on Amazon

Every buy button leads to our Amazon storefront. Checkout, payment, delivery, returns and refunds are all governed by Amazon's Conditions of Use and handled through your Amazon account — this site never sees your order. Anything we promise beyond Amazon's process (like helping revive a starter that won't wake) we honor by email, person to person.

What's ours

The words, photography and design of this site belong to Zero Elements LLC. Quote us, screenshot us, share us — with attribution and without implying we endorse whatever it's attached to. Don't scrape the site to train a counterfeit.

Honest limits

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep every claim accurate and every page functional, but we can't warrant uninterrupted availability, and our liability to you in connection with the site is limited to the fullest extent Delaware law allows. Baking advice — including the revival guide — is offered in good faith; your kitchen, your judgment.
