What we collect, and why

Your email address, if you join the drop list. It goes to Buttondown, the service that sends our emails, and is used for exactly one thing: one email when something new ships. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works instantly.

Anonymous usage statistics. We use Plausible Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without personal identifiers, and without following you across the web. We can see that a page was visited; we cannot see who you are.

Whatever you write to us. Emails to hello@zeroelements.com stay in our inbox so we can answer you and remember the conversation. They are not added to any marketing list.

What we never collect

No accounts, no passwords — the site has none. No payment details — purchases happen entirely on Amazon, under Amazon's own privacy notice, and no order or card information ever touches this site. No advertising trackers, no data sales, no lookalike audiences. The shortest possible list, here too.

Who touches the data

Three services, each for one job: Buttondown (newsletter delivery), Plausible (cookieless analytics), and Amazon (checkout, fulfillment and returns, on amazon.com). Each processes only what its job requires.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from the list any time via the link in any email, or write to hello@zeroelements.com and we'll remove you by hand. The same address handles any request to see or delete what little we hold about you — we answer personally, usually within a day or two.
