Start from zero.
Most products are built by addition — one more ingredient, one more fibre, one more claim. Zero Elements is built the other way. We start from nothing and let each element argue its way in. Most don’t make it.
What remains is what we sell.
In the kitchen, that leaves five things: four organic flours and water. The culture does the rest — wild yeast and lactic bacteria that have raised bread for ten thousand years without a single additive.
In the wardrobe, it leaves one: organic cotton. No polyester to fake durability, no elastane to fake fit. Structure comes from the weight of the cloth itself — 220 to 345 grams per square metre of GOTS-certified fibre.
This is slower and more expensive than the usual way. It is also the only way a label stays short enough to read aloud.

The culture is grown, dried and packed by hand in Dover, Delaware. Small on purpose: a promise of purity is only as good as the care behind it.
